First of all, the entire process - from start to finish - was amazing. I always got super prompt responses from the hosts and even with a substantial flight delay, they were accommodating and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and fully loaded with amenities. This is a place I would live and will be staying at again when returning to the island. The tip on parking was helpful (back in first!) and it is those little touches that make the place special. The patio/balcony was a special treat to be able to watch the sunset or eat breakfast in the AM without the mosquitos. In terms of location, this is a great place to stay that is just out of the way of the cruise ship tourists in downtown Georgetown, but is only one mile from a grocery store in either direction. In my opinion - and experience - the best snorkeling you will find on the island is on Spotts Beach. We saw turtles every day we swam, and also stingrays, eagle rays, and a variety of reef fish. There is a nice coral head directly out from the property that is close enough to shore to snorkel without being out by the reef. 10/10!
